My husband and I are very happy to have worked with Chris when upgrading one of our Acuras and purchasing a new one. Is not a secret that in today’s market car salesmen aren’t trying to accommodate customers when upgrading one of our Acuras and purchasing a new one. Is not a secret that in today’s market car salesmen aren’t trying to accommodate customers or negotiate prices so we are grateful we found Chis who was very pleasant and did everything he could so we could purchase a RDX and a MDX. As long time Acura of Westchester customers (now on our 5th Acura) we were hoping for a better experience overall but unfortunately the rest of the team did not provide the same experience that Chris did. The secretary or whoever picks up the phone was rude (in person and every time we called) and one of the finance Managers, Diane was not transparent with us (to say the least) about getting us a good interest rate for our financing. We were surprised of how high the interest rates that she was offering were so we did our own research (luckily) and found out she did not offered us the lowest rate lenders provided but the one that was most convenient to her. She got evidently upset when confronted about it and after that she would have other finance associates call us or handle our paperwork. At the end another finance manager, Jon, helped us complete the process which ended up being a good thing since he was more professional and had a better disposition to help us. More
