MY LEXUS OF WESLEY CHAPEL JOURNEY. I would like to thank Mr. Randy Newbold(General Manager) for taking the time from his busy schedule to address the issue that I had a posted earli I would like to thank Mr. Randy Newbold(General Manager) for taking the time from his busy schedule to address the issue that I had a posted earlier AGAINST Lexus of Wesley Chapel. Mr. Randy Newbold (General Manager) of Lexus of Wesley Chapel was not aware of the situation until I requested an audience with him (Mr.Randy Newbold), where we discussed the above specified. To my surprise after he (Mr. Randy Newbold, General Manager) read the negative review that I posted on Facebook, Mr. Randy Newbold (General Manager) in a cool and collective manner he requested his General Sales Manager (Rex Hastings) to join our conversation and inquire further about my situation. After a lengthy conversation with Mr Randy Newbold, and his General Sales Manager (Rex Hastings) I realized that there had been a misunderstanding ON MY BEHALF ("NOT ON LEXUS OF WESLEY CHAPEL'S BEHALF") of what had transpired in the transections of the week's prior. I would like to apologize to Lexus of Wesley Chapel for my misunderstanding, and of course for posting such a detrimental negative review on Facebook and the other platforms which I am currently correcting by posting this story. I am proud to tell the audience that are taking their time to read this, that I was able to drive out of Lexus of Wesley Chapel with a 2020 Lexus ES 350 in perfectly good condition, which I must admit after the ruckus that I had created in the negative review of Lexus of Wesley Chapel, to be honest I did not deserve to currently possess due to the fact that by my understanding I could have devastated the fantastic image that belongs to Lexus of Wesley Chapel, I truly apologize and would like for the audience to forgive me for my blunder. I feel that after posting such a negative review of Lexus of Wesley Chapel that I did not deserve the cordial handling that I received from the staff at Lexus of Wesley Chapel, but by the grace of God, and in spite of myself, the staff of Wesley Chapel helped me obtained the automobile that I now have, which my family and I were in dire need of in order for us to conduct our daily routines with piece of mind, THANK YOU LEXUS OF WESLEY CHAPEL FOR THE TRUE EXAMPLE OF GRACE THAT YOU HAVE BESTOWED UPON ME. Last and foremost I would like to thank Mr. MARTE DEZIRAE(Lexus Client Care) for doing such a phenomenal job by getting me approve from one of their financial banks in order for me to receive the 2020 Lexus ES 350 that I desired. Mr. Marte Dezirae(Lexus Client Care) definitely went through a long period of tedious attempts to have me financially approved, but at the end Mr. Marte Dezirae finally achieved his goal and I was able to drive out of Lexus of Wesley Chapel with a 2020 Lexus ES 350. Note: If you ever feel that there is no other option for you to drive out of Lexus of Wesley Chapel with a new or used car, Mr.Marte Dezirae (Lexus Client Care) along with the General Manager (Mr. Randy Newbold),and I pray that I do not get in any trouble with Mr. Randy Newbold for putting him on the spot. Claudia was great. Everything was as discussed and the purchase procedure was extremely efficient. Dealership was also excellent.
