Please note, this was our 2nd 2013 Accord purchased since the 2013's have been on the market. We purchased our fully loaded EX-L at another dealership which gave us the best price along with customer satisfaction both before and after the sales. When we came to pick up the car, the cashier's check amount was over and the price of the wheel locks was over-inflated. They said they were going to refund us the difference, but it took way over a month to obtain this refund. I had to threaten to call Honda USA Corp to complain before getting Dexter's manager, Harry on the phone. Dexter lacks customer service and does that understand the meaning of what a true car sales entails. It's just not about selling a car and treating the customers as just another statistic to add to your profile for the month/quarter. It's much more and there is a lot to can be learned. I would try another dealership before inquiring with this one. If price is all that matters, and not the relationship that builds afterwards, then go for it. More

Dexter Thomas was a very knowledgeable and affable person. He gave very clear and detailed explanations regarding the vehicles and services associated with them. Dexter was quite patient, as I had a lot of questions and, at times, needed to "do the math" before I was willing to move forward with the process. As a first time new car buyer, my guard was up and through his professionalism, Dexter proved that it wasn't necessary. Throughout the process, I felt that he was working with me on my purchase as opposed to selling me something. The assistance that Dexter Thomas and Kevin Klein provided helped to solidify my opinion that it was fortuitous for me that I took my folks' recommended and made Plaza Auto my first stop. I have already recommended this dealership to several of my friends who will be making new car purchases in the near future. More

At no point was he "pushy" he maintained a 100% professional demeanor, despite my obvious reservations in entering a 36 month financial commitment. I walked in to plaza anticipating buying a 2009 civic and drove out in a 2012 accord. In an industry that is cluttered with sleazy, lying, bait & switch "professionals", Dexter Thomas stands alone at the top of the industry.
