I had driven my 2002 Civic 154000 miles and was familiar with the Honda Civic. Dexter Thomas at Plaza Honda was the perfect person to test my questions about the new 2012 Civic. He was able to answer all the technical questions I threw at him- I warned him I had read all the reviews and was already familiar with the car somewhat. He was very down to earth with a good sense of humor which put me at ease right away - this was a big purchase for me and I have to admit I was nervous. Mr Thomas was able to help me find the exact model I wanted without trying to confuse my search. Mr Thomas followed up with me after a day or so of driving my new Civic. I really appreciated him being available for feedback. Overall the experience at this dealership was excellent, including the finance person who was also friendly and very informative. I admit I was a little hesitant when walking in the our vehicle (a beautiful 2012 Forged Silver Acura TL!) from Plaza Honda Auto Mall in Brooklyn. I admit I was a little hesitant when walking in the dealership, but Mr. Thomas put my mind at ease immediately. During the sales process he was inquisitive about our needs, wants, etc without being intrusive.
