I saw almost every brand you can think of that could have done something for our price range. Then just before bringing all our choices to a close and signing on the dotted line, I decided to check my offer with Plaza Honda. No biggie, just emailed in on the website. Kristina Micelli immediately responded and was very helpful in setting up an appointment for me to see someone that afternoon. They also thought it was a good deal....and then beat it. Dexter is a real pleasure to work with. He's been doing this for years and you can tell. He'll tell you how it is and why. I don't know about you, but I like that about my dealerships. When the salesrep tells you straight up answers to your questions, it makes you feel comfortable and confident. The following day Dexter was off and while I waited for my car, one of the managers, Anna, called to assure me that the car was on the way and all is well. This is the kind of customer service one waits for in a dealership. Prices? Well needless to say I bought my car from them and I couldn't be happier. It's the car we needed at the price we needed. The actually buying and signing process was very easy and relaxing as well. I will be back for more cars from these people and I assure you if you go, you'll have a great experience too.
