I had a great experience with Westside. I found a used Audi Q5 on their website and subsequently did the entire review, negotiation and purchase with them online as I was going to be out of town for sever Audi Q5 on their website and subsequently did the entire review, negotiation and purchase with them online as I was going to be out of town for several weeks and couldn't be there in person. Brian Sommer was my sales rep and he coordinated everything including sales, a video tour of the car during a snowstorm and picking up the vehicle by my son, in my absence. Devin Sowers in their finance department, was also great to work with. He walked me through the financing details and the available options. I had a clear understanding of the transaction once we had gone over the financial details, all by phone and email. All of the paperwork was completed by phone, online and by mail. The entire transaction was handled professionally and efficiently without ever setting foot in the dealership. I'd definitely recommend Westside if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Final note: One of the key fobs was not working when my son picked up the car. Brian arranged to have a service visit at our house a few days later, to program a new fob to the car. Great service and turnaround. More
