I purchased a car from Corwin Toyota Boulder, and the check engine light turned on before I even got it home. This issue repeated four more times, and despite having the car in their shop for five months check engine light turned on before I even got it home. This issue repeated four more times, and despite having the car in their shop for five months, they never fixed the problem. The service was abysmal – no one ever picked up the phone or returned my messages. When I confronted the managers about getting my money back, they were extremely defensive and rude. They sold me a broken car and knew it was defective. Now, I'm stuck with a malfunctioning vehicle and out thousands of dollars. Avoid this dealership at all costs! More

I definitely ended up agreeing to things that I did not want because I was t my car. As with all dealerships, be careful about the financing portion. I definitely ended up agreeing to things that I did not want because I was too exhausted from the work week and from being in a bad car accident. I did not realize how agreeing to some of those things were going to effect my loan. Final pricing needed to be clearer on the finance side. Luckily I was able to remove the most expensive stuff. Definitely ask about what is cancellable and what is not. I'm extremely happy with my car though! More
