What a pleasant experience! Several weeks ago my wife and I began our search for a new vehicle online. We narrowed the search parameters to vehicles 2021 or newer, with less than 30000 miles on their odometer, one owner, and no accidents actively for sale within 100 miles of San Antonio, Florida. We read the Carfax report for each vehicle. We then visited several local dealerships and drove four different makes of sedans and SUVs. After we narrowed our search parameters to the Lexus RX 350, we requested estimates; but, we were very disappointed with the hidden costs. Last week we read the online information concerning a new listing at Lexus of Wesley Chapel. We contacted the dealership and arranged a test drive with Claudia Cohn. The vehicle was better than advertised. We requested an estimate and were pleasantly surprised with the delineation of fees, and that there were no hidden expenses. Claudia went over the specifics; we thanked her and went home. The prior week we had scheduled an oil change for my Lexus ES 350 coincidently for the day after we met Claudia so we requested a revised estimate from her to include an appraisal for the ES 350 as a trade-in. Hands down the appraisal was higher than we expected and better than a national competitor. Claudia’s updated estimate was clean and the purchase price and the dealership fees were considerably less than the quotes and estimates from four different dealerships with similar vehicle offerings. Claudia made the transfer of title and keys special with a bright bow placed on top of the roof. The SUV looked like a Christmas package! Today we drove home with our Lexus Certified, RX 350 SUV ……. Daniel was very courteous, informative and I felt comfortable relying on his knowledge with the Lexus I was purchasing. I bought my first Lexus, an RX 350, at Wesley Chapel in 2019. I have returned every 5000 miles for routine maintenance. I am a heavy commuter, and had put over 130,000 miles on my 2019 Lexus when I was in 2019. I have returned every 5000 miles for routine maintenance. I am a heavy commuter, and had put over 130,000 miles on my 2019 Lexus when I was in an accident on the interstate last month, which totaled my car. I immediately returned to Lexus Of Wesley Chapel and Tim Smith to put me back in to another RX 350. This is the first time I have ever bought the same car twice by choice! The whole crew at Wesley Chapel (from the greeter in service to the complimentary cafe workers) has made me a loyal customer! I highly recommend Tim Smith for sales and Christian Popp for service at Lexus of Wesley Chapel! More

Bought a new 2022 RX 350. After 7 months I noticed a the driver side tire losing pressure. I called and scheduled service. While waiting they sent what I thought was a cool br After 7 months I noticed a the driver side tire losing pressure. I called and scheduled service. While waiting they sent what I thought was a cool breakdown of the problem. In a browser it showed pictures of a nail in the side of the tire, too close to the rim, so they deemed it needed to be replaced. Explicitly stated on the form, that it asked me to approve, was estimated cost of $0.00 and the words 'No Charge'. I thought great! And approved it. After the work was completed I received a bill for $400. When I questioned it, the service advisor was confused and said it might be a bug in their system so he went to ask his manager Christian. The advisor came back and said his manager is not aware of any bug and said I needed to pay to get the car back. I thought it was weird the manager didn't talk to me directly. Seems like the kind of thing managers are for... I said what if I wanted to take that estimate somewhere else and get it cheaper had I known it was $400? The advisor said well if you want to do that you can wait and we'll put your old tire back on. I felt like I was being respectful and reasonable but that response was pretty unprofessional. I didn't have time to wait so I felt pressured to sign. Why didn't the dealership just honor their mistake? Wasn't about $, was about principal. I had a great experience buying and the worst going to service. First and last time getting a Lexus. More

Tim treats every customer like family and goes above and beyond to ensure your happy with your purchase. Tim also knows every detail about each Lexus product including all of the technology. He even makes a point to say hello every time you are at the dealership for service. Without hesitation, I would recommend Lexus of Wesley Chapel especially Tim Smith. More
