Dee is so knowledgeable about Mazdas! Over the last decade, I’ve leased three Mazdas from Heritage and it’s always been an extremely positive experience, which is why I'm happy to keep returning. The sales, finance, service, and management Heritage and it’s always been an extremely positive experience, which is why I'm happy to keep returning. The sales, finance, service, and management teams are always welcoming, friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about their business. Their showroom/waiting area is modern, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with drinks and snacks. I've never had a negative experience at Heritage! More

Catonsville Mazda - A Disastrous Experience! I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Catonsville Mazda, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. Initially, I was told I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Catonsville Mazda, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. Initially, I was told by the sale person, the finance person and a manager that I would be getting the advertised financing rate of 3.99%. Which was high considering in 2020 I got my car at a 0% rate. When I finalized the deal the finance person shot thru the paperwork on this computerized desk telling me I was getting 3.99% but putting 6.24% on the form of a million pages that no one reads. I guess I needed to read each line and bring my calculator to check their honesty. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only misleading but downright fraudulent. To make matters worse, the process of trading in my old vehicle was a nightmare. Despite assurances that my previous car loan would be paid off quickly, I ended up being charged an extra payment for my old car—something that Catonsville Mazda still owes me for. The lack of organization and accountability was astounding. Throughout this ordeal, I had to deal with multiple managers, none of whom seemed capable of resolving the issues at hand. It was a series of disasters that left me frustrated and disappointed. I can refinance with my credit union for the rate I wanted but its principle, this was FRAUDULENCE! I strongly advise anyone considering Catonsville Mazda to think twice. My experience was filled with dishonesty and incompetence, and I sincerely hope others can avoid the same fate. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere! More
