Jill from the finance department was also remarkable; she explained everything thoroughly, addressed all my questions, and worked hard to get me the best financing options available.
I also want to highlight Desiree Trapp for her outstanding management of my service appointments. Her meticulousness made the experience run smoothly and efficiently.
Finally, the service department, managed by Dave, consistently provides excellent service. Their skill and dedication to customer satisfaction are exceptional.

There's actually more to the story. Less than 24 hours after buying the car I was driving down highway 270 at 44, and I hit a big rock was in the middle of the road me and several other commuters. And I only blew my tire it split my rim from top to bottom never seen any like it. Course I pulled over the side of the road immediately and got on the phone I called John my salesman and I called my finance lady cuz you told me about all this stuff I got towing and all this other stuff. Neither of them answer the phone so as immediately upset thinking oh great the car is sold they don't care anymore. Not sooner after checking for a spare tire I got back in the driver's seat the car and my phone was ringing, it was John and he was asking me what happened and I was asking about how I got a hold of my towing and he was trying to help me no sir to hang up from him Jill called me and she's telling me what I can do. I end up changing the spare myself and the next day I spoke with both John and Jill is it don't worry everything's covered we're taking care of it and they did. I got several calls from the service department from Jill from John tell me what was going on and what's happening, and when my running tire would be there it ended up showing up earlier than expected they got me in the service department was absolutely wonderful took care of everything realign the car got my wheel and tire back on. I took a Jill's advice when I was financing and she did a heck of a job when I left I thought off they got me I was a sucker you know I bought the extra fire protection and towing and all other stuff but I swear everything she sold me I used and it paid for itself in less than 24 hours after driving off the lot. I actually felt like they cared about my happiness and that I'm satisfied and I mean the entire team from when you're walking the door till you pay the cashier cashier to everybody that's clean is bending over backwards for you. I will never buy another car from anybody but the sun truck family.
Kenan was my salesman, he was awesome and very efficient.
