We purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona. his was a certified preowned vehicle. about 31 days after the purchase the car started to grab. We were told that the car needed an entire transmissi his was a certified preowned vehicle. about 31 days after the purchase the car started to grab. We were told that the car needed an entire transmission . They ordered the transmision and replaced it. We got the car back and it is still doing the same thing. we called to tell them and they said because there are no loaner cars available we can't schedule for the car to be looked at. Driving a car with a possibility of it still having transmission issues , makes sense. I am not understanding how the care passed the certification steps to have the car certified before it was sold with that rating, More

A very accommodating dealership. Very professional and courteous. I believe to be honest and up front with issues that would be important to the customer. However, the dealer could offer better incentives, for example, longer than three months of Sirius XM with the purchase of a car, at minimum it should be six months. Also, instead of $150 off on a new car for recommending Mastrovito, I think a $150 visa gift card would be a much better award. More
