Rahul Sharma was great to work with while purchasing our BMW X5 Hybrid. From the time we met him until we left the dealership, he was very helpful. He had everything prepared, after our phone call saying BMW X5 Hybrid. From the time we met him until we left the dealership, he was very helpful. He had everything prepared, after our phone call saying we would take the car which we drove the previous day. He was able to help us transfer our insurance over the phone on a Saturday. He was very efficient, and answered questions I had along the way. Even as we were leaving I had one more question, and he came out to the car and answered it. The whole process of buying our car was streamlined and efficient. It was a good process from start to finish, handled by knowledgeable people including the Bella, the “genius” who explained the bells and whistles, finance people, Pete Mishos, and Rahul who took us through the whole process. Everyone at BMW of Sarasota made purchasing our new car a wonderful experience. More

We have consistently brought our BMW vehicles to your dealership for service because of the excellent experience—however, our most recent visit was very disappointing. We came in regarding tire issues an dealership for service because of the excellent experience—however, our most recent visit was very disappointing. We came in regarding tire issues and had purchased the tire and wheel protection package. My husband was confident the damage would be covered since there was still sufficient tread. However, Derek initially informed us that the claim would not be covered, stating all tires were below 1 cm, which was incorrect. We returned to the dealership and had to wait over an hour because he was at lunch. When he finally assisted us, he acknowledged that the measurements were incorrect. We then had to wait an additional two days for insurance approval. Throughout this process, communication was very difficult. We were unable to reach him, and when we did receive responses, they came across as rude and unprofessional. This experience did not meet the level of service we expect from BMW. Due to this experience, we would prefer not to work with him again in the future. More

I made a reservation for repair on a recall and it was specifically made so I would get a loaner. When I got there, I was told no loaner was available and I would be met by someone from Enterprise Leasing specifically made so I would get a loaner. When I got there, I was told no loaner was available and I would be met by someone from Enterprise Leasing. Derek also told me that he would try to get the car done that day (a Friday) but that he would call me that afternoon to let me know if it would be Friday or Monday. The driver shows up in 10 - 15 minutes and when I got to Enterprise the SUV they offered had body damage that had not been previously reported, so they could only offer a VW Jetta with no power. I had to floor the accelerator to get it to go over 50. Then, no call from Derek. So I had to keep the Jetta through the weekend that was really a danger to drive on any Interstate. I did get a voicemail from Derek Monday AM at 10:30 that I could come by. When I came by, Derek did not come out to meet me, just the front desk person. An apology would have been appropriate! Please assign me another Service supervisor going forward and if you promise me a loaner, please give me a BMW loaner! More

I’ve NEVER had to work so hard to get timely information on a service before. Every little thing was like pulling teeth. I’m a home health aid most of my clients have Alzheimer’s and it’s easier reason , ge on a service before. Every little thing was like pulling teeth.
