Derrick was excellent I brought my 2018 BMW X6 in for its first oil change and service. The day before my appointment I noticed a nail/screw in my front tire. Flat tired replacement I had a flat tire on my way home from work. I called bmw roadside assistance and my car was placed on a flat bed truck. The car was delivered to the d I had a flat tire on my way home from work. I called bmw roadside assistance and my car was placed on a flat bed truck. The car was delivered to the dealership and the tire was replaced by 3:30 the following day. I met with Derek the service advisor the morning of the repair and had a loaner ready to go for the day. Even though 2 of my vehicles were purchased elsewhere the s I have been a client for more than 15 years and have always received the best service !!!! Even though 2 of my vehicles were purchased elsewhere the service I received was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Kyle Taber, Derek Thomas and Maria Lizardi are exceptional. It is because of Kyle Tabor that I continue to drive BMW and this year I bought a new 430 conv. from this dealership where Jack Hojnacki helped to make it a wonderful experience. What was expected Car was supposed to be washed and was returned dirtier than when I brought it in. Navagation and stations we're all deleted. Didn't meet with the service representative after the service. Was supposed to have some questions answered that were never answered. Had the car for service and rim repair for 3 days. More
