The visit was pleasant. I was in and out sooner than expected however, all my fluids were not topped, and my passenger driver side tire was completed empty. I keep all my tires at 40 and they were all lowered to 35 except for the front passenger which was at zero. More

Derek was very good, He listened to my needs and informed me of what options and of what my program covered. He did not waste my time with unimportant items or push unneeded repairs on me. Just wish that when I went back to get my vehicle there was a better way to let them know I was ready and waiting. More
