This was not the first Honda dealership I visited on my journey, but this will be my go to location moving forward. Big Q, Q in finance, and the management were amazing! Going into a car dealership is overwhelming and I dread it. I am so thankful Big Q was there and was amazing because I wanted a female salesperson. I just felt more comfortable as a woman buying a car and not just any car the Type R from a woman. That was important to me so thank you for giving me that experience. Brandon Honda made this experience way less intimidating and they were honest, to the point, fair with negotiating, and made me want to return. That should be the goal, creating lifelong customers where we want to recommend to our family and friends and where we want to return for all our family’s vehicle needs for life.
