This dealership is amazing went above and beyond to help my husband and get a van that was affordable Derek was very responsive to all my questions Sam came to thank me for my business an I felt at home t my husband and get a van that was affordable Derek was very responsive to all my questions Sam came to thank me for my business an I felt at home the finance managers were just breathtaking when it came to being transparent so amazing Oshay took his time to explain truthfully what my payment was and what I was paying in total and made sure I understood the contract I was signing the finance manager that’s in the other office I think his name is chuck he heard me talking about my cats and came in introduced hisself and gave me some info on his cats and what he does to maintain all 12 of them at the end I recommend anyone looking for a truthful transparent dealership that takes care of you as well as making you feel at home you must go check out midtown Kia wonderful experience!!!! More

We had called several dealerships in the area trying to find the best fit where we felt we could find just the right car for our family and also be confident we were receiving straightforward information a find the best fit where we felt we could find just the right car for our family and also be confident we were receiving straightforward information about pricing and fees. Alyssa immediately picked up our call and quickly found us the exact car we were looking for. We had very specific needs for the car we were looking for and we also had specific pricing goals. Alyssa efficiently worked with her manager and we were provided with a very competitive out-the-door price in writing. They were able to make the best offer, with no hidden costs, and were extremely accommodating in meeting all of our needs. In our subsequent in-person visits to the dealership, Alyssa was simply the best person to work with. She was kind, very knowledgeable, and so helpful when it came to deciding how to finance. We did not once feel any pressure from her and we were happy that she remained the point of contact throughout the entire process. We knew that she was treating us as her main priority during our whole visit and she was efficient and thorough in walking us through the paperwork. What's more, she was so patient with our kids when we brought them in to test drive the car with us and to learn about all the features. She was so patient when she explained all of the technology and features of how to best use the car. She truly helped us feel at home and confident in our new vehicle. She even personally delivered the car to our house! We had a 10 out of 10 experience buying a car with Alyssa, and we can't recommend working with her and Midtown Kia enough. Thank you again!! More

It was honestly extremely happy with the entire experience at Midtown Kia. I came in specifically because I had purchased a preowned Kia from another dealership, but discovered that there was a mai experience at Midtown Kia. I came in specifically because I had purchased a preowned Kia from another dealership, but discovered that there was a maintenance agreement on it from Midtown. I expected to have a hassle getting it transferred over to my name, but it was no problem at all, and everybody I encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. More

Service department does answer the phone or return voicemails. Was told vehicle would be available for pickup at the end of a Wednesday business day. Came in on Thursday and was told it would not be a voicemails. Was told vehicle would be available for pickup at the end of a Wednesday business day. Came in on Thursday and was told it would not be available until Friday. Cost me an additional hotel night as I have a 800mile drive. Took close to a month to be repaired partially Kia headquarters fault. Very unhappy with Kia. More
