The repair on my used vehicle was done free of charge since I was within 30 days of purchase. I was very happy with that. My only complaint was lack of communication on the length of time the repair to since I was within 30 days of purchase. I was very happy with that. I was told the turbo was going out and it would be $1800 to fix. When I presented my warranty on a Friday, was told that whoever could call them was gone for the day and that they would call me Monday. Mid to fix. When I presented my warranty on a Friday, was told that whoever could call them was gone for the day and that they would call me Monday. Mid Monday, no call and I left a message. No call back by 4pm so called again. Was told they had to get a list of parts etc to be able to give the warranty department and that they would call back. Tuesday 1pm, my father stops by the dealership, gets the same response. Dealership was told for the 3rd time that we needed it checked out ASAP because it is my sons car and he’s moving back to Kstate at end of week. Just took the car in last week to get oil change and told everything was fine. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this dealership. More

I bought a Buick Enclave not even a month ago and have already had so many issues with it. I was told when buying it was “thoroughly checked over by our department” well that’s not true because they sold already had so many issues with it. I was told when buying it was “thoroughly checked over by our department” well that’s not true because they sold me a car that had a major issue with it that had to be repaired. Cost 1000 which I said I was not paying for since they sold me a a damaged car. Now 2 weeks after that repair my engine light is on again and I now have a bad O2 sensor. So I’ve had nothing but problems since purchasing this car and feel very disappointed in what they sold me. I want to get rid of the car immediately. More
