Dereck was first-rate. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and mentioned my squeaky drivers seat. Soon enough, Dereck told me he ordered seat parts and also my A/C compressor was close to failin tire rotation and mentioned my squeaky drivers seat. I was met within 1 minute of arriving, and while the attendant was locating my service advisor, a second attendant saw that there was no one at the car and came to make sure I had been assisted.
