Dereck and Jeffrey went above and beyond. After months of frustrating low tire pressure alerts they took the time to find the small hiding nail. My scheduled service was more than what I expected. Dereck was very personable and explained in detail the repair and replacement required. Derek Smith Service Advisor My 2nd experience at Arrowhead, 1st time with Derek. Derek was very polite and personable. Checked me in for oil change and tire rotation, then direct My 2nd experience at Arrowhead, 1st time with Derek. Derek was very polite and personable. Checked me in for oil change and tire rotation, then directed me to waiting lounge. Approx 1hr later Derek came and got me, car was ready. Upon chk out he advzd me he changed out battery because it failed battery test. Battery was under warranty so no charge. That was the 1st time at a dealership that had ever happened to me. I am totally impressed how Derek exhibited great customer service. I retired from a major airline with 37 yrs in customer service. It is reassuring to know that I can count on Dereck for future service needs. Customer Service is what it is all about. More

I went into get a oil change yesterday with Derek Smith and found out my compressor was leaking. Super happy it was a certified car when I bought it so it was covered under the warranty so he literally got and found out my compressor was leaking.
