we came in and bought a 2018 VW Atlas. We bought it same day, cash. My wife is due anyday with twins and we needed a vehicle that could hold 3 car seats. Within 2 weeks engine light c We bought it same day, cash. My wife is due anyday with twins and we needed a vehicle that could hold 3 car seats. Within 2 weeks engine light came on. When we brought it in they told us we had to send it to VW to get a “software update”, and that was it. Brought it to VW, turns out it had a faulty idler belt and charcoal canister (no software update was needed). It cost us nearly $1k to repair. When asked if Toyota will help with cost - they said they wanted us to bring it back to them again and they’d fix it. Even though we already brought it to them and they sent us to VW… Now they claim they won’t help with any costs cuz they don’t trust the price of work and it’s not their fault because it wasn’t part of their safety inspection. Excellent experience from start to finish! I purchased though the Costco Program and Denzel at the dealership made contact with me immediately. He offered to help me schedule an appointment wi I purchased though the Costco Program and Denzel at the dealership made contact with me immediately. He offered to help me schedule an appointment with Carlos which I initially turned down. These gentlemen were so respectful and kind in their contact that I did made an impromptu visit a day or two later. I immediately felt in good hands with Carlos Griffin who listened to what was important to me. Carlos had a sensible and knowledgeable approach to helping me. He chose the right car at the right time thereby saving me hours of option overwhelm. I got a car I absolutely love! The entire team (sales, parts & accessories, financing, dealership manager) pulled together to get the absolute best deal and financing for me. I was genuinely impressed with their ethics, kindness and expertise. If there is such a thing as a perfect experience I had one. My sale was a win-win for everyone. Always working for his customers Jeff Williams was amazingly helpful and polite and not what you would expect of a salesman. He was down to earth and straight forward which is much appreciated, at least for myself. I had to go back and forth making appointments with him because we are a military family and the schedule is constantly changing, and we were coming in from out of town. He never once acted like it was a problem or that he was getting annoyed with our changes. We had made an appointment and then were unable to make the exact time and showed up late. He had 3 customers at once and even though we had to wait he kept checking on us to make sure we were good and to let us know what was going on. We ended up making an appointment for the next day in hopes that it would be easier on HIM! He was running around so much you could really see he was hustling for his customers, all 3 of them! During our scheduled appointment though he was committed to helping us completely and we never felt like we were being rushed, the day prior none of the 3 he was helping had made their appointment time and we had all shown up right about the same time so it made it difficult for him I’m sure; yet he always had a smile to offer. If you are in the market for a Toyota Jeff is definitely the salesman you want, he’ll bend over backwards for you to help you out and will do it while staying cheerful and not once seeming annoyed! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a car salesman. More

As good a buying experience as I've had I've bought 25+ vehicles over my lifetime and my recent experience with Jeff Williams at Toyota of Cool Springs was as pleasant as any and better than I've bought 25+ vehicles over my lifetime and my recent experience with Jeff Williams at Toyota of Cool Springs was as pleasant as any and better than most. It took two trips over a 6 week period because my wife and I were having a hard time deciding on exterior/interior color combinations for a Highlander Ltd. Plat. (My complaint would be directed at Toyota Mtr. Corp for apparently not making Ltd. Plat. in Predawn Grey Mica with Almond interior which would have been our first choice.) When we decided to make a purchase I e-mailed Mr. Williams with whom I had worked on my first trip and he called me back. I told him what we were interested in and to see what he could find and he came back with a few which were on the dealer finder site. I was more interested in one I had seen on the on-line Toyota customer site and had located on a dealer's site, gave him the info and he was able to find the vehicle and that it was available. He didn't find it originally on the dealer's finder because of a communication mix-up on equipment I wanted. (I'm still waiting for my finder's fee - LOL) We went to the dealership, worked a deal which considering my research I felt was fair to both the dealership and me, Toy of CS worked out a swap and Mr. Williams went himself to swap the vehicles, returned and had the Highlander detailed, gave us the vehicle tutorial, and we were out the door with our new Highlander 9 hours after contacting Mr. Williams, and that included 3 hours drive time to go and get the vehicle. Mr. Williams made the process enjoyable because of his friendly, low-key approach. Perhaps it's because both of us are retired public servants (in very different fields) but I felt a connection, he clearly is a people person who genuinely wants to help you with the car-buying experience. I would recommend Jeff Williams to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota. I must add that my brief interaction with Denzel Petway was most enjoyable and that Fernando Nunez, my finance/closer person, was the least pressure encounter I have had during that process in a long, long time. We will see how the service dept. is in a few miles. Hopefully my impression there will be as positive as sales. From the buying experience it appears the Toy of CS is not the typical large dealership, and that's a good thing. More
