I purchased a 2018 Honda Fit from Colonial Chevrolet in September 2025. Unfortunately, the car suffered from a common, but subtle Honda issue and needed a new VTC actuator. I did not notice this issue whi September 2025. Unfortunately, the car suffered from a common, but subtle Honda issue and needed a new VTC actuator. I did not notice this issue while test driving the car because the only symptom is a short-lived rattle sound on a cold startup and I never performed a cold start until I owned the car. Initially, I was very upset because a new VTC actuator is $2000+ job, but Colonial not only quickly fixed the car for me, but they sent it to their sister dealership, Colonial Honda of Dartmouth, for the work to be done by trained Honda mechanics. Colonial Honda did a great job quickly fixing the car and were very easy to work with. Thank you! More

Wouldn't service our Honda that was having an issue with a part that was replaced under a recall less than a year ago. Stated we had to bring it back to the servicing dealership. Contacted that dealer and they said there was absolutely no reason they shouldn't have taken it in for service. I will never do business with Colonial again. Basically, they didn't want to be bothered. More
