I recently purchased a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Sport with only 35,000 miles from Pacifico Hyundai, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond only 35,000 miles from Pacifico Hyundai, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Codie Lilly, the sales representative who assisted me, was fantastic. Codie took the time to help me find the perfect car that fit my needs and made sure I got it at a great price, below the average market value. Brandon Lokey was the sales manager who made sure all my questions were answered thoroughly and was very accommodating with my rigid schedule. Codie, Brandon and the staff even stayed after hours each day I was there to ensure my satisfaction. The service didn’t stop there. Codie and staff ensured the car was thoroughly serviced and washed before I took it home. During the test drive, everything felt perfect, but after driving home, I noticed a thumping noise and discovered a nail in one of the tires. I reached out to Pacifico Hyundai, and they didn't hesitate to help. They not only replaced two tires but also rebalanced the tires and bearings which fixed the thumping noise. The professionalism and genuine care that Codie, Mike, Brandon from sales as well as Dennis from services showed me was truly exceptional. If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend visiting Pacifico Hyundai—you won't be disappointed! More
