All the staff was super friendly. I was greeted immediately upon walking in. I was asked what I was looking for and how could they help. Donovan told me everything I needed to know about the RAV4 and helped me find one that fit my needs without pressuring me in any way. I chose the one I wanted and came back the next day with the necessar RAV4 and helped me find one that fit my needs without pressuring me in any way. I chose the one I wanted and came back the next day with the necessary paperwork. My wife and I have bought 5 new cars between us in the last 10 years from other dealerships. We usually spend about a half day of painful negotiations and paperwork. With Donavan's help and Sam and Dennis handling the paperwork, we were done in less than 2 hours. We were very impressed and will be doing more business with them in the future. I would recommend Handy to anyone. More
