Disappointing I love Honda. Could've have gone somewhere else. Was not asked or told how to use features in my new car or was not told what features my 2016 accord I love Honda. Went to turn in papers and receptionist was on her cell before she noticed me and still didn't ask if I need so something. There was a board with about 6 questions and my answer was no to all. I asked her what then. She said I don't know, maybe you should talk to the manager. My only good experience was with Mr. DECENA from the business office and Denise from service dept. She was courteous, helpful and took care of me right away. More

Great service I took my Honda Odyssey for service as the engine light was on. Denise was really helpful in taking in my vehicle even though I just walked in. Along I took my Honda Odyssey for service as the engine light was on. Denise was really helpful in taking in my vehicle even though I just walked in. Along with the engine misfire the team found some issues with piston rings which was take care via warranty extension at no cost. I was provided loaner car for the duration of service. In all great experience. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPT DO NOT TRUST THESE CON ARTISTS! 0 stars! They overcharged my AC and ruined my whole system. Their "discounted" price to fix their mistake was $1800. O DO NOT TRUST THESE CON ARTISTS! 0 stars! They overcharged my AC and ruined my whole system. Their "discounted" price to fix their mistake was $1800. On a separate issue, they quoted me the wrong price over the phone and then the actual charge was $900 more expensive than what they quoted. I am so unhappy with this place and will NEVER return. More

Safety Recall Great service. Went due to a safety recall and found out I had a paint warranty but since the vehicle had a recon title it was no longer valid which w Great service.
