We were not sure whether the E or C class would be a better fit for us. Barry spent a lot of time with us explaining the differences between the E and C class cars. We never felt any pressure to purchase. Even before we decided to test drive a car he showed us features of the cars and the little things that make Mercedes-Benz cars special. When we decided to test drive, both cars that we selected were ready to go. The buying experience went smoothly and we ended up with a beautiful car that is a perfect fit for us. Even after the purchase was complete, Barry stayed in touch and helped with any loose ends that came up. Friendly and approachable staff. Highly recommend. Thanks Barry and MB of Hagerstown! More

Ease of purchasing a new car This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from MB of Hagerstown. We have worked with Mike Lavrenchik as our Sales Consultant for the last three Merce This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from MB of Hagerstown. We have worked with Mike Lavrenchik as our Sales Consultant for the last three Mercedes cars we have bought.. Mike makes purchasing a new vehicle an enjoyable experience. Mike takes the time to talk to me and he matches my needs with the vehicle that would suit my lifestyle the best. Mike takes as much time as you need to learn all of the new gadgets, and his follow-up after the sales is ongoing to make sure you are happy with your new vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and using Mike as your Sales Consultant and their service department is the BEST! More
