Paid for transfer case and rear differential fluid change. Brought Highlander home and put up on ramps in garage to check for leaks. Discovered drain and fill plugs and not even been removed, still ha change. Brought Highlander home and put up on ramps in garage to check for leaks. Discovered drain and fill plugs and not even been removed, still had corrosion on plug gaskets. Week later, performed fluid change myself and confirmed that no work had been performed. I did contact service manager who offered to reperform fluid change but insisted the work was done. Cancelled appointment - didn't feel comfortable returning to a dishonest service department. More

IGT diagnosed an alternator issue for us last week, replaced it, and gave the car back to us with an extremely rough idle that was not there before. We had to take it back a second time (and get a loan replaced it, and gave the car back to us with an extremely rough idle that was not there before. We had to take it back a second time (and get a loaner) to get this resolved. Turns out there was a period of time where the computer has to reset itself after an alternator replacement - we weren't told that by IGT staff, unfortunately. Happy they eventually made it right, but had to be nudged a bit to go the extra mile. More

I called this morning at 630am to see if I could bring my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to see me at 1040. I arrived at 1030 and they were done with my car by 1130. I have taken car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to see me at 1040. I arrived at 1030 and they were done with my car by 1130. I have taken my car here since I bought it in 2012 and I have always been pleased with the service and the employees. They are friendly and professional and I have never been pressured to have work done on my car that was not required. More
