Paid for transfer case and rear differential fluid change. Brought Highlander home and put up on ramps in garage to check for leaks. Discovered drain and fill plugs and not even been removed, still had corrosion on plug gaskets. Week later, performed fluid change myself and confirmed that no work had been performed. I did contact service manager who offered to reperform fluid change but insisted the work was done. Cancelled appointment - didn't feel comfortable returning to a dishonest service department. More
