We used the valet service to get our car to and from the dealership and that went very smoothly. I was kept updated on the progress of my car thru text and email so I was aware of the status. I give the highest possible rating to BMW of Arlington for their attention to detail and focus on the customer. The service department has consistently addressed all of my concerns are over the past five for their attention to detail and focus on the customer. The service department has consistently addressed all of my concerns are over the past five years. I am especially impressed with Chad, the service representative who has lead The team during my most recent visits. Chad has a unique ability to make the customer feel as though they are the most important person in the room even when things seem to be getting busy. He is very knowledgeable with the BMW products and processes. I recommend him for a promotion should the opportunity come up. More
