We had a wonderful experience at Tucson Subaru. Debbie, the sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and all-around helpful. We came in to look at a specific used vehicle that fit our needs and budget. S the sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and all-around helpful. Though we had a couple of minor delays, she helped us work through to a successful purchase in the end. And, when it was time to sign the final papers, Terry was helpful in making the process as painless and fast as possible. I was thankful that she did not push me in to unneeded extras as so many car dealers do, right at the last minute. Honestly, I didn't expect to be looking for a new car earlier this week. We had taken our Forester in for service and I saw a shiny island blue Impreza Sport on the lot so I just had to meander over for earlier this week. Debbie came to greet me and I warned her up front that I wasn't looking to buy. She was an absolutely delight through the afternoon with telling us about the vehicles specs and letting me test drive it. We sat down and crunched numbers and even though I had second thoughts and stepped away from the process, she and the sales manager were professional and completely understood that I needed to go at my pace. I called after I had a couple days to think over the vehicle and my trade in and decided to go for it since the Imprexa I fell in love with was still on the lot. The entire team really made it an enjoyable experience and I truly believe that they go above and beyond to make their customers feel special. Will definitely enjoy being a customer at this dealership for years to come! More
