This was my first time using the Cadillac Service Center. They were efficient and did a great job. The Cadillac Service Center offers a wide array of refreshments, from coffee and lattes to soda pops and water. They even have a delightful basket of snacks, ensuring you're well taken care of during your visit. The only hiccup was the carwash unit was broken, so there was no wash :-(. But overall, I will go back and only to Cadillac in Henderson.. My apologies. I am trying to remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, Adam or Alex. But he was awesome! More

If I could give this dealership a zero I most definitely would. All they care about is money money money. SO SAD! I have been driving Cadillacs for all my LIFE! VERY LOYAL CUSTOMRR. Just an update because I’ve driven a couple more units off the lot since then. My man Steve has been promoted, but I know I’m in good hands with Deb.
