Dean took his time and reassured me with all of my doubts and worries. I had originally came into the dealership to look and test drive only, and my mind was 100% made up to purchase at another Hyundai dealership. I decided to purchase a 2020 Santa Fe, which is fully loaded, because of his excellent salesmanship and his being completely honest and above board throughout the entire process of the purchase. So needless to say I will be returning in the future for another vehicle with Dean, he is a true asset to your dealership. I am always willing to travel for a deal and was shopping at least a half dozen different dealerships in multiple states. From my first contact with Dean, in less than an hour I had a buyer's order in hand that beat my local dealers by a long shot. The next morning I drove over 150 miles to pick up my new Hyundai, and Dean even came in on his day off to complete the process! Kevin in finance likewise covered all the details comprehensively yet efficiently. The dealership itself is large, luxurious, pristine, and focused on customer service. What a pleasant experience! I have been car shopping for a year now and was n My daughter and I were immediately pleasantly greeted and welcomed by Dean Sinibaldi as we arrived. I have been car shopping for a year now and was narrowing my search between two SUVs. I loved my 2009 Rogue but all the new SUVs were either longer, higher, wider, or all three. Once I explained what I was looking for, Dean knew exactly what I was looking for - the Kona. Thinking it may be TOO small, I test drove the Tucson but it wasn't the right fit. I looked again at the Kona, this time actually opening the rear door, and saw it had more room than I'd thought so agreed to test drive it. From the moment I sat in the driver's seat, I knew the Kona was "the one." Dean was so patient and explained each step of the process. I've been at quite a few dealerships in the past year and was frequently left alone for up to 30 min at a time but not this time. Even Rob Clarkson, the Front Desk Manager, took time to stop and compliment me on the condition of my Rogue, and also stepped in for Dean to finalize the sale. The entire staff, as well as the new facility, were the best I've ever dealt with. We'll be back! Thanks! More

But, with the caveat, great credit and having a reasonable price in mind, helped. We leased a 2019 Kona Limited that was on their lot for $280 a month. Not a great deal, but a fair deal. That was more than I could ask for the circumstances I mentioned above. All employees we interacted with, especially Dean, were professional, courteous, and thoughtful. As car buying experiences go, one of my best in over 10 car buying situations. Not the best deal financially that I’ve had, but their customer service definitely compensated for a few dollars I might have saved if I had pushed for a better deal. More

I, like most people, don't exactly enjoy visiting with car dealerships and salesman; however, this dealership made me change my mind after 30+ years of purchasing cars. It all started with a phone conversation with Shannon from Internet sales who was courteous and helped put me in touch with Dean Sinibaldi in sales. Dean and I had a great conversation in which he encouraged me to pay the dealership a visit. From the moment my wife and I walked in we were treated with respect and a genuine willingness to help us meet our car buying goals. Dean spent his entire afternoon working very hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for a price that I honestly wasn't sure was possible! We had never driven a Hyundai and were merely planning to look and test drive a few to figure out if we liked the vehicle. Needless to say, we left with a brand new Santa Fe Limited. We are very grateful to Shannon, Dean and Rob Clarkson, the Sales manager, for what I can only describe as the best car buying experience in my life.
