Pleasant Buying Experience As I walked into the dealership, Dean Sinibaldi greeted me and immediately showed a genuine interest in assisting me with my new vehicle purchase. Dean was very knowledgeable with the inventory that met my needs. We test drove the Santa Fe with the package that had the options I desired and during the test drive, he explained the many features and driving modes on this vehicle. He did not pressure me in any way and once I decided on a particular vehicle, Dean was very professional and reasonable in negotiating the conditions of sale. He stayed with me while all of the necessary paperwork was processed. Once that was done, Dean not only delivered the vehicle to me but spent a considerable amount of time in setting up some of the functions on the car and made sure I fully understood the basic operation of the vehicle before I left the dealership. This was a very positive buying experience. More

After thinking about it, we returned the next day to discuss a purchase. Dean spent as much time as we needed, patiently going over all the details. The Tucson has many new features that I was not that familiar with, so even though I asked many questions, Dean had all the answers. He helped us set up and program things the way I wanted, teaching me how to do it should I ever want to make changes. After we bought the car, there was a small issue with the car we had traded in. Dean went out of his way to help us resolve the problem. When Dean says he will provide support after the sale, he means it. Overall, I think Dean did a great job with us. I really appreciated all the time he spent with us. Thanks Dean! More

The price advertised was $6000 different than the advertised price. We were left in the lobby for over 30 minutes and no one asked if we were ok. We called Allen Turner and were connected with Dean Sinibaldi. He and Rob Clarkson agreed to match the intermet price advertised.
