Mind you all, this dealerships hours closed at 8:00PM. Dean stayed LONG after, to ensure all my questions were answered and why I wouldn’t find a better deal anywhere else. Which was true! The next day, I searched all throughout Pensacola dealerships, and Dean presented the best warranty I’ve ever heard of and the best deal. He even compared the prices of other dealerships, to ensure that I whatever vehicle I wanted, I would get it at the best price there. I recommend Hyundai and I strongly recommend Dean Sinibaldi, he enjoys taking care of people’s interest. More

***The Review to End all Reviews*** There I was, my car was about to hit the dreaded 100,000 mile mark and I was eagerly eyeing an upgrade to a crossover or SUV. I logged on to the inter There I was, my car was about to hit the dreaded 100,000 mile mark and I was eagerly eyeing an upgrade to a crossover or SUV. I logged on to the internet and swiftly gathered as much detail on every single 2019 crossover in the $15,000-$30,000 as I could. I even consulted Kelly and her blue book of endless auto knowledge. After weeks of research I was armed and ready to take my battle to a car dealership to fight for the best deal possible. I called the Allen Turner Hyundai and spoke to a receptionist who then set me up for a test drive and meeting with the man who was about to sell me my first new car, Dean. As I approached the gates of the dealership I was kindly greeted by the salespeople out front but alas, I told them who I was here to see. Walking in I was in awe of how pristine and idyllic the entire scene was. The receptionist told me Dean was busy at the moment and then directed me to an extravagant assortment of sodas and specialty coffee drinks. As I patiently wait I order myself a large 12oz French vanilla coffee medium strength and run over my battle plan one last time. In the distance I see someone walking over to me. I think to myself, "Could this be it?", "Have I trained hard enough for this moment?". Finally Dean approaches, welcomes me, and invites me to take a tour of the various models on the lot. We spent the next 4hrs test driving and hammering out every single one of my questions and concerns and not once did Dean waver in his professionalism. Dean shattered my view of how difficult it can be to deal with a car salesman. His transparency and attentiveness made the experience feel more like a leisurely stroll than the fierce battle I expected. I began to think all my preparation was in vain. At some point my mind was made up and we entered the final chapter of the story, the sale. Dean drafted up a fair first offer and then worked diligently with the sales manager to bring the offer closer to what I wanted. After 3 back and forth proposals I felt as though I had received a great deal and with a shake of the hand the mission was complete. I can assure you that If a new car is what you seek, than Dean of Allen Turner Hyundai is the man for the task. Not only was I attended to in a timely fashion, but even after the sale I was continually treated with the same respect and importance as when I walked in the door that very first time. More
