The lack of communication & customer service is terrible . I decided on a car and by time I went to the bank and came back the truck I wanted was sold in less than 30min of me being gone . Then they convince me to buy another car I buy it & they don’t fix not one thing that was wrong with the car at all after saying they would fix it . Went to get an oil change and the almost broke my dipstick for the oil . Then I used the free car wash and my car was scratched up bad after coming out the wash . Mind you this car is Newley purchased no scratches . They say that it’s not there fault and denying that it’s there fault . At this point I’m ready to give them my car back and go with a new dealership who cares about the people and not just there money . More

I wasn’t please stop first, but I will admit that I was met with a pleasant staff. My issues were addressed and my Jeep was repaired, cleaned and even my floor mats were given to me. They went way out of their way to get me approved with my not so perfect credit!!! I have been talking to the salesman constantly since I brought my vehicle home from Fred Martin and Alex ( my salesman ) wa not so perfect credit!!! I don't feel the sales team was totally up front with me and then blew off a problem that should have been taken care of before I left with my car. The service department was excellent. They not only found and then blew off a problem that should have been taken care of before I left with my car. The service department was excellent. They not only found the nail in the sidewall of the tire but they replaced both front tires. The salesperson knew there was a low pressure indicator on and never bothered to check it out. I had to schedule an appointment and wait 6 days to have it checked out. I'm not happy about that. I feel I was treated poorly in that aspect of the transaction. More
