I was very impressed with David Warda when my wife and I arrived at the dealership. He was very courteous and had the car ready for us to test drive. Purchasing a car is my least favorite thing to do however I purchased a used car from Schaumburg Toyota and it was a great pleasure to deal with them, Zaya, Zaya and David were so pleasant and so helpful. Customer satisfaction I came in to have my Highlander LE’s first service. I saw the salesman that I previously dealt with and told him that I was upset with myself for bein I came in to have my Highlander LE’s first service. I saw the salesman that I previously dealt with and told him that I was upset with myself for being cheap and buying the Highlander LE as opposed to the XLE. My sales professional, David Warda, and sales manager, Jonathan, came up with a plan where I would swap out my LE for an XLE without suginifcantly increasing my monthly payment by using the Highlander 0.9% interest promotion. Then my financial officer, Leah, prepared all of my paperwork with the exact same options that I previously chose when I purchased the LE 6 months ago while I relaxed reading my book. When all the paperwork was completed, I signed everything and left as an extremely happy customer. I now have the vehicle that I wanted in the beginning. Thank you to the employees of Schaumburg Toyota, but a special thank you to David, Jonathan, and Leah! More

Don’t waste your time I first contacted this dealership because they had the color of 4Runner I liked with the options I wanted. I then found out that they had listed it on I first contacted this dealership because they had the color of 4Runner I liked with the options I wanted. I then found out that they had listed it on their website but did not actually have it in their inventory yet. I was willing to be patient because I had been having difficulty with finding what I wanted. I should have walked away that night but didn’t. David quite honestly is the worst car salesman I’ve ever dealt. I knew more about his inventory and the product than he did. At one point, he left me at his desk to go the main desk to ask a question and was gone for 45 minutes. No explanation. After i stood and made eye contact with him standing at the desk conversing with others, he came back and told me the internet was down. Eventually he had his sales manager come over and we were able to workout deal. I made a deposit for the vehicle for when it arrived and left. Over the course of the next three weeks, the arrival of the vehicle was pushed back on 3 different occasions. During that time, I had to be the one tracking down David to get this information. Several messages left on multiple occasions before I’d get a response. I just felt like I was not valued as a customer. Finally on the last notice that the arrival of the vehicle being delayed yet again, I decided to check around and located another 4Runner at another dealer. I called and cancelled my deposit. If I had been better informed and David would have seemed to have cared, I’d likely not looked for a different dealer. I was willing to be patient. My concern was is if this is how I was treated during a sale, then how would I be treated after if I had any issues. I didn’t save money changing dealers. Joe was a good sales manger and I think we worked a good deal. The other dealer was able to match it but I felt more confident in them. More

Zaya was a huge help and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Any question I had, he answered. I couldn't have asked for much better customer service. Not only was Zaya great, but so was everyone else. All of the receptionists were inviting, and David and Max (whom I didn't spend too much time with) were also incredible and made me feel comfortable. I never once felt pressured into anything or felt as though I was getting a bad deal. The prices were as good as you would find anywhere. I would highly recommend coming here if you're in need of a new car. They have a wide selection and great employees. What more do you want in a dealership? More
