I have now purchased five vehicles from Hall Ford in Elizabeth City. If they weren't the best Ford dealership around I would take my money elsewhere. My most recent purchase (and most emotionally significant) was a 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak...and if you have followed the Bronco saga for even a day...you know how extremely difficult it is to obtain one of these vehicles. The team at Hall Ford worked with me to place my original order in February of 2022...due to supply chain issues and parts constraints my vehicle had to be re-ordered in September which then crossed into the Model Year 2023. David Camper contacted me on the first day the new order banks opened and re-ordered my vehicle...because he did this in such a timely fashion...I was able to get my build scheduled within a month of his re-order! This is almost unheard of in the Bronco world. His diligence and the diligence of the team at Hall Ford led to me picking up my Bronco on December 31st, 2022. Truly a car buying experience I will NEVER forget! The bottom line: I love my Bronco and the team at Hall Ford Elizabeth City from top to bottom is fantastic. While I live in the Southern Virginia/North Carolina corridor I will NEVER buy from another dealership. Period. This team is that good. Mr. David Camper helped me order a 4-door 2022 Bronco Wildtrack. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and quickly got me everything I wanted and placed the order while we were sitting in his office. By the time I got to my car, I received a confirmation email from Ford Motor Company for my order. David was honest about the amount of time this type of order would likely take and managed my expectations. For those that do not know, this is likely the hottest selling vehicle in the U.S. today...so he was upfront in telling me it could take a year from order to delivery. He was not overly optimistic, but he also was not a complete downer either. He just told me the truth and I have to say it was completely refreshing. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I recommend you take the time to check out Hall Ford Elizabeth City before you buy a car. The dealership may not currently have a huge selection of vehicles due to the microchip and semi-conductor shortage, but they will do everything they can to get you what you want as quickly as possible. David has won several prestigious sales awards over the years and for good reason, he is honest, knowledgeable, and listens to your wants. Do yourself a favor and go to this dealership, I promise you will have nothing short of an amazing experience.
