Years ago, O’Daniel did some bodywork for us after a collision. The interaction and service was so good that - years later when we needed to buy a new van - we decided to return. Plus, they appeared to be the only game in town with a worthwhile collection of used vans. Upon entering, we were sorprende to not be greeted. Car dealerships have the reputation of being quite the opposite. Turned out, everybody was busy helping others. When Brett Paul spotted us, he graciously offered his help. And he went to work for us finding a new van within the budget constraints we set. Without being the least bit pushy, he listened and accommodated our needs! He communicated regularly with us throughout the entire sales process. It was seamless and stress-free. I would like to thank Chuck Aden, in his professionalism with my wife looking at the Mercedes-Benz on your lot. The day she came up from Anderson, IN I was not able to come with her. Chuck was polite, knowl with my wife looking at the Mercedes-Benz on your lot. The day she came up from Anderson, IN I was not able to come with her. Chuck was polite, knowledgeable and most of all understanding to all her needs.. I was at work when she came to the dealership and before she left she called me to say "I want that car". The next day the loan was confirmed by my bank. I called Chuck advised that we could be back in Ft Wayne between 4p-5p that day. I don’t often lose my car in a hurricane, but when I do, I get myself from Tampa to Fort Wayne Indiana straight to O’Daniel’s Jeep Dealership. 😂 Much to my uncle’s dismay, I asked no questions when it I get myself from Tampa to Fort Wayne Indiana straight to O’Daniel’s Jeep Dealership. 😂 Much to my uncle’s dismay, I asked no questions when it came to condition of tires, number of key fobs nor the mechanical integrity of the used-but-new-to-me vehicle I’d selected sight unseen. Yet, I had complete trust in my salesperson, Tommy, in O’Daniel’s dealerships and they did not disappoint. In fact, I was about to leave the dealership when they noticed I had one small little dimple ding in the passenger side, which I’d never would’ve noticed, but they insisted they take care of it before I left. That is great customer service! Thankful for a company that was concerned with my plight, and made the process as seamless as possible for this out of towner. Well done and THANK YOU again!
