I will not be back. I made an appointment (not fast service) for multiple items. One being to have a lightbulb changed. Lightbulb was improperly changed and it would not work. Cables to battery were improperly put back on battery causing lights to go out. If you are going to work on an automobile that will be on a highway or busy streets the least you could do is check your work to make sure everything is correct. Service assistant manager (I assume) tried to open up my jeep hood with my mailbox key. Don’t know what kind of damage that did. I do not have faith that the items that I had done were done correctly or done at all since it’s obvious that they didn’t check their work. I suspect any day something will go wrong . I no longer trust this dealership. Especially too since I purchased a used car from them and after only 1 year it no longer works at all. You should be proud. More
