However, my initial experience was frustrating due to a lack of transparency and communication. I wasn’t updated regularly on the status of my vehicle. That said, when I made a follow-up call, the team became much more cooperative, providing clearer updates and ensuring the issue was resolved. Overall, while the process took longer than expected, their improved communication in the end helped make up for the earlier frustration.

Since we moved to GA in 2016, I have had my 2008 Jeep
Commander serviced and repaired at Palmer Jeep. Although I have always rated them a 5, my last oil change took 2 1/2 hours because they didn't have a
Commander serviced and repaired at Palmer Jeep. Although I have always rated them a 5, my last oil change took 2 1/2 hours because they didn't have an air filter in stock. They didn't communicate in a timely manner to keep me informed and made my wait unnecessary. Also they they no longer provide a copy of the inspection checklist .
I will go back hoping they do better next time.
