Best customer service experience I've had in years! I took my vehicle to 3 different dealerships and Palmer Dodge was the only dealership to properly diagnose my vehicle in full detail. Two dealerships missed the issue completely, one dealership gave me a similar diagnosis without detail; however, Palmer was so thorough, informing, caring and understanding with their diagnosis that they've earned a lifelong customer.
