I was extremely impressed by the entire experience from my first contact with Jeff to the delivery of our new car to our home in Lake Havasu City Az. When my wife and I drove to Scottsdale to see the Porsche in person we met Brandon. He was extremely helpful, patient and very courteous. I was extremely very impressed by Brandon and Jeff’s overall products knowledge and no pressure sales technique. We definitely did not feel pressured or pushed. It was a rare auto purchase experience. We actually left the dealership and took the evening to decide on our purchase. The next day I contacted them and decided to move forward. Brandon and Jeff addressed our concerns and scheduled a delivery to our home in Lake Havasu. Several days later our new car was delivered and we actually did all the paperwork in the convenience of our own home. I sincerely appreciate the customer service and the entire sales experience from Certified Benz and Beemer. I highly recommend CBB for your next auto purchase. Excellent but far from perfect. We are out of state buyers. First contact was 1/19. Car was delivered on 2/1. Our sales rep was Michael Gelbert. We saw the car online and it matched We are out of state buyers. First contact was 1/19. Car was delivered on 2/1. Our sales rep was Michael Gelbert. We saw the car online and it matched what we were looking for. Sent an email and within minutes, Michael calls us. We decide to buy the car sight unseen. Put in a deposit and the waiting begins. At first Michael was very responsive. After the wire transfer was made, not so much. On several occassiaons, I would call and he wouldn’t answer. Then I text and get a response like “call the office and ask”. Overall though, Michael did a great job. Finance was done with Travis. He was very thorough and answered all questions. Some things worth noting. The original listing showed our car without tinted windows. Car arrived with tinted windows. I didn’t ask for it to be tinted. I don’t like different shades of tint on my car. So I had to have the tint taken off here locally. More wasted cash. The trucking company they chose to ship the car ended up denting the car badly. Do you know how it feels to buy a car and wait and wait and when it arrives it’s messed up? My wife was in tears. It’s not CBB’s fault but still, they chose the trucking company. CBB charged $600 for shipping, on the shipping invoice it was $500. Haven’t heard anything about a refund for $100 yet. We talked to David James about getting a curb rash fixed on one of the wheels. That was 5 days ago. Haven’t heard anything since. We love our car even though we can’t drive it. We are going through the trucking company for repairs but it’s just another headache I have to deal with now. CBB was great but this whole experience just plain sucked. More
