Exceptional Customer Service and No Hassle Process I had the great privilege of working with David on the purchase of my vehicle and Alexander on finalizing my paperwork and then getting to know my car I had the great privilege of working with David on the purchase of my vehicle and Alexander on finalizing my paperwork and then getting to know my car. David was a pleasure to work with. He had some hurdles to overcome on my end and he came through within just a few minutes. Alex went above and beyond. He personally dropped my car off at my home in pouring rain and stayed after hours to ensure I understood the vehicle and all the amenities it provides. Once we completed the paper work were he explained everything in detail to my amazement Alexander also happened to be a Specialist in the vehicle I had purchased and as a new electric vehicle owner he took the time to explain “pro tips” as well as just any basic questions I had in regards to my purchase. He then left his information and offered to provide further assistance should any questions come up. When they say 100% online, they mean it. I’m a busy professional with kids who has a tight schedule during the week. I can tell you this is our 2nd vehicle purchased from B&B and we will certainly be back for many more to come. I was extremely impressed by the entire experience from my first contact with Jeff to the delivery of our new car to our home in Lake Havasu City Az. When my wife and I drove to Scottsdale to see the Porsche in person we met Brandon. He was extremely helpful, patient and very courteous. I was extremely very impressed by Brandon and Jeff’s overall products knowledge and no pressure sales technique. We definitely did not feel pressured or pushed. It was a rare auto purchase experience. We actually left the dealership and took the evening to decide on our purchase. The next day I contacted them and decided to move forward. Brandon and Jeff addressed our concerns and scheduled a delivery to our home in Lake Havasu. Several days later our new car was delivered and we actually did all the paperwork in the convenience of our own home.
