The only minor concern was about the salesperson, who was terrific nevertheless, and extremely helpful, however, she could have smiled a little more. Perhaps she was having a difficult day due to how busy the dealership was upon my appointment arrival time? I do understand her situation.
After I wrote and posted my previously negative rating review, several personnel from this dealership contacted me, we had positive conversations, and they changed their previous offer to one that was fairer. Apparently, my previous negative review raised a few red flags and the dealership reconsidered their offer?
I purchased the vehicle I wanted at a fair price and their trade-in offer was also a fair deal.
My first visit to their service department was excellent and everything was properly addressed.
