I was very pleased with Eddie, my service associate, whom listened to my concerns and saw to it that they followed through. I left out one star however because I am awaiting my spare fob delivery. Upon purchasing my Trailblazer there was a mix up when they had to pick up my car at the Banning dealership-- one of the fobs was for another Trailblazer on that lot, which has since sold, so they were trying to track that owner down to get my correct fob and give them the incorrect fob I had for my Trailblazer and that one matches their vehicle. I don't understand why I couldn't just get a new reprogrammed fob right there and then when I took my car in for service. I hope I don't loose my one & only fob while I wait. More

I had the pleasure of working with Griselda Reyna at Diamond Chevy on this past Labor Day. From the get go I felt very comfortable & it didn't feel like I was actually at a car dealership as it was a 10 Diamond Chevy on this past Labor Day. From the get go I felt very comfortable & it didn't feel like I was actually at a car dealership as it was a 100% enjoyable, positive experience. Griselda not only made it a stress free experience, but she also listened to my concerns and she was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that may be a good fit for me. I would highly recommend seeking her out. It was actually the most pleasant experience that I've ever had buying a car, which most of us dread! Thank you again Griselda! More

David was amazing! He listened, answered questions, and was not pushy in any way. I had met multiple salespeople in the week and he was by far with favorite to communic He listened, answered questions, and was not pushy in any way. I had met multiple salespeople in the week and he was by far with favorite to communicate with and deal with. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I have to give the dealership one less star because we went straight to eat, parked the car, walked behind the car and that’s when we noticed the car had a previous accident not on the carfax and the repair is a little out of alignment and off in color. I don’t believe David had noticed before we left (I trust he would have spoke up) but I do think whoever inspected it when it arrived at the dealership, the person who worked on it and got it ready for sale and the person who washed it before we left should have definitely noticed. More
