I purchase a GMC Yukon in Dec of 2023. Returned a week later to notify them that I had a chip in windshield and a broken cover on visor, The shop said they would contact in a week when Returned a week later to notify them that I had a chip in windshield and a broken cover on visor, The shop said they would contact in a week when parts came in, it is now April with no response. Also it is supposed to have gone through a 172 point inspection and on the first hot day (April 14 2024) yep no Frikin AC. Will NOT ever return for any reason. They do not stand by their policy. More

Bryan Kenealy, the service manager never gives up on fixing issues and truly cares that you are a happy customer. I live in the City of Chicago where there are many closer Jeep dealers, I will continue to drive an hour each way to St. Charles Jeep for their outstanding service! More
