Im alway coming to the lincoln dealership since I moved to the city of lincoln and that is because, most of my vehicles are Honda made. When I came in, No one greeted me or even looked my direction. I honestly was worried I wasn’t in the right place as this has been the first time I I had been to this Honda Dealership. All of the worke direction. I honestly was worried I wasn’t in the right place as this has been the first time I I had been to this Honda Dealership. All of the workers were talking to each other in a circle about a basketball game so I sat down after 10 minutes of waiting. I finally found someone to help me and they said that I would have to wait for the group of guys that were talking so I sat back down and after 15 minutes was finally asked if I had been helped. Then the guy who helped me was actually helpful. However, when my husband returned to pick up the vehicle, he also had to wait for people to acknowledge him. Finally, he just walked up to the group & asked for help. They told him he needed to stand in the cashier line so he did and he waited for 10 minutes in that line with only two people in front of them. When he got to the front of the line, the cashier said They didn’t have my Keys or receipt yet from the service department, which was 5 feet away. She told him that he would have to talk to them, and then he could return to her line. I work in customer service and I know what it should look like, it’s mind blowing for no one to even greet you when you enter the building. I have never seen such poor customer service More

Honda of Lincoln has listen to my concerns and have addressed them satisfactory every time I've brought my car in for repairs or service. Dave Rose does a good job explaining what repairs are needed an addressed them satisfactory every time I've brought my car in for repairs or service. Dave Rose does a good job explaining what repairs are needed and what the cost will be. The service department stands behind their work for 12 months and it gives me, the customer, confidence that the repairs will be done correctly and if there is an issue, they'll take care of it. Thanks Dave and Honda of Lincoln on a job well done! More
