He took time to understand our needs and provided excellent suggestions. He not only gave his suggested models but he told us why he thought a particular model was worth considering. He was ver patience and understanding, we never felt pressured or rushed. Regardless of the day or time of day we had a question, he responded promptly. The delivery went extremely well. He took his time and explained everything about the car especially the technology. Even after the delivery, we had questions and he was always there to help. The other reason we came back to Lincoln Honda was the service department. I think they are the best of the best!! There was one problem when we picked up our new car with the Air conditioning not working. The issue was immediately identified and we were provided with a loaner vehicle while it was rectified by the excellent service department. Not an ideal situation, but because of our long history and confidence in the dealership we never once doubted that it would be made right. Can't imagine buying a car anywhere else. More

Since I have been going to Williamson Honda for 26 years, Its like "Cheers", everybody knows my name. I purchased a 2019 Honda Insight this week. Brent Collier was the sales consultant and was very helpful in covering the functions of the car and walking me through everything. Chad Erwin was the Finance Director who handled the money part. He did a great job of covering all the paperwork. I should have taken more time to read the papers I signed. After getting home I did, but no surprises as the bottom line was the amount of monthly payments I could handle. I put 315k on my 1993 Civic, 307k on my 2008 Accord, and I'm sure I will have this car for a long time also. More
