Bought a lifted truck in December from this lot, I also bought the power train extended warranty. Now, nine months later, my transmission has went out and warranty says they will not cover the cost bc my t bought the power train extended warranty. Now, nine months later, my transmission has went out and warranty says they will not cover the cost bc my truck is lifted, even though this dealer sold me the warranty with the lift already on the truck. Will not get back with me on how to resolve this issue so looking into legal means to get this issue taken care of More

Where do i start? Well my first experience here was not terrible i would say it was not 100% perfect but it wasnt terrible. I had purchased a used mercedes off them and got a good deal. Had it delivered to me in West Virginia. There was a issue with the car when it got to me the break rotors where damaged and sqealing extremely bad they agreed to split this with me and gave me a check for one rotor. Not my ideal solution when purchasing a 60k car it would expected to be road ready. I moved on. They had offered me a good deal at ordering a jeep product at 4% under invoice. So I decided to order a 4xe wrangler as well. I had additional trade in for this deal so they sent a driver to come get it. One the way back to there dealership they blew the motor in the car up. voided the check they had given me for the car prior to them calling me to tell me that it was blown up. They had it towed back and left on my drive with a completely blown motor. I spoken to several members of the management team and they refused to help. On the last interaction i had with management team i was told the gm would call be. It has been week and i never received any sort of call or follow up from the general manager. Unwilling to do anything i decided to cancel my 4xe order since i was out the money to put a new motor in my car. I was met with resistance there again. My sales man was helpful though out the process i can say that much. I would stay far away from here if possible More

Dealership negotiated a new vehicle sale. Contract was signed and deposit was made. Vehicle was ordered. When vehicle came in there was an error on paperwork. Clearly Dealer knew they could now sell truck at higher price due to market fluctuations. They took advantage of the customer. Very poor ethics. Do not recommend!! More

Worse dealership Iv ever dealt with bought a 2015 Jeep from them has been nothing but trouble service department is a joke timing chain has 3 leaks and they can never get it fixed after they say it is tim from them has been nothing but trouble service department is a joke timing chain has 3 leaks and they can never get it fixed after they say it is time after time not to mention I live 2 hours away so 3 trips for the same problem then I find out they bent my ac hose so I scheduled another apt to fix what they done pick it up and still no ac, wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemies More

Worst Car Buying Experience Bought a brand new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Freedom in 2012. When we purchased the vehicle, they said they "lost" the second key but would be sur Bought a brand new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Freedom in 2012. When we purchased the vehicle, they said they "lost" the second key but would be sure to replace it. After multiple phone calls, emails, and visits to the dealership, not one person has attempted to make this right and get us a second key. What kind of dealership sells a brand new car to someone with only one key?? It has been extremely inconvenient for us. 3 years later, the Jeep quits working on 75, we lost power steering and everything. Freedom never made us aware that there were SIX recalls on the jeep and when we called and gave their service department the VIN, they still never mentioned the recalls!!! Just told us it sounded like the alternator and gave us a quote. We called a local Chrysler dealer, upon giving him the VIN, informed us that it did in fact have 6 recalls, and one having to do with the alternator. He immediately gave us the number for roadside assistance and they towed the vehicle there free of charge and will be servicing the recalls. We will NEVER EVER do business with this dealership again. More

When I arrived I had to wait 45 minutes only to be told all parts were being held for other customers (whatever that means). I bought the car at that dealership but they have lost my business for good. With the attitude they have it won't be long before they go bankrupt. All I can say is good-riddance. More
