I reached out to Garavel about their inventory in October, as I wanted to get an idea of what it would cost me to buy a used Forester on their lot. Dave Novik reached back out to me and after I explained that I wasn't ready to buy just yet, he let me know that he'd keep me updated on inventory as it left/arrived on their lot. True to his word, Dave notified me in November when a new (Certified Pre-Owned) Forester became available and my husband and I decided we'd like to take a better look at the car in person. Dave didn't pressure us to buy at all, as we spent several hours test driving other models while we were there, but in the end it was the Forester (that he recommended) that we absolutely loved. We went through Garavel's financing department to ensure that the car would be affordable for us to buy right then and there, and everything worked out well. This was my first time buying a car and it was a pleasure working with Dave and the rest of the Garavel team, I am so happy with my Subaru Forester! More

This was our second new Subaru purchase with Dave, and he actually remembered details from the first one two years ago when we came in this time! In general, Garavel is a great dealership -- everyone is really knowledgeable and friendly, and the space is gorgeous (loved working in the quiet room while my car was being serviced!). Out of the cars we’ve bought (this would be our fourth) & all of the many dealerships we’ve been in, Garavel has been easily one of the top 3 (most others were terrible - high pressure or fighting for who wo all of the many dealerships we’ve been in, Garavel has been easily one of the top 3 (most others were terrible - high pressure or fighting for who would take the customer) No pressure salesmanship… While they can offer to drive with you for a test drive (if you don’t know the area), their default is to test drive the car on your own (again, no pressure). With good deals & a painless car buying process (other than having to part with hard earned cash 😀) & it’s all because of the some of the good people at Garavel. Dave, Teddy, Jose were all great to work with. Dave was especially easy to work with & took his time to make sure you were comfortable with what I was buying. Thanks again for our 3rd Subaru. More
