Friendly and Efficient Service, Enjoyable Experience I went to Garavel Subaru for convenience, solid selection of vehicles, and past positive experience (purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealershi I went to Garavel Subaru for convenience, solid selection of vehicles, and past positive experience (purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership several years ago). After briefly communicating via phone / email about the specific vehicle / features of interest, we scheduled a test drive -- easy, efficient process. I was ultimately setup w/ Dave at the dealership for the test drive, etc. He was very friendly and knowledgeable/ informative about the various vehicle features and design history. It was late in the day, but he didn't rush my fiancée and I, and ultimately stayed over an additional hour past scheduled closing time to discuss the details and negotiate a lease deal (included a vehicle trade-in). Miles also stepped in a couple times to facilitate the process and eventually close the deal with a very fair offer. The most unexpected / unfortunately event happened just prior to the vehicle pickup / final paperwork day -- damaged via truck accident while parked at detailer. However, despite this occurrence (notified ASAP by the way), we were miraculously able to find and alternate vehicle (ultimately an equivalent model, trim, color scheme, but with additional features -- generously offered for an extremely minor price increase vs. the original deal since they didn't have any more of that exact same vehicle in-stock), negotiate a deal, and finalize the transaction / paperwork the following day -- still ended up driving away in a new vehicle that afternoon, ultimately just a few hours delay. Tom from financing was also very friendly, efficient, and clear in communicating the optional extended warranty / maintenance packages, also demonstrating patience and flexibility during our discussion / negotiation. Lastly, I came away w/ a nice gift (quality Subaru keychain) and since we ran out of time (I had plans to play golf that afternoon / evening) to complete the detailed vehicle features / operation / functionality overview, Dave offered to conveniently stop by after work to finish this last step in the process. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will likely lease again w/ Garavel Subaru in the future. More

I said to them I wanted to drive other cars at other dealerships, and did, but returned to Subaru because I liked it the best! In less than two weeks I went from having a broken down old car ,that actually died hours of picking up the new car, and left all the dread and worry behind. thank you for that peace of mind and pleasent car buying experience. He worked hard for a few weeks to ensure we could purchase the Legacy Limited we desired, and, after sales manager Miles Shapiro was brought into the sale to facilitate the process, we had a deal which made all parties satisfied. Their work didn't end with the contract and sale, as Dave Novik patiently explained all facets of the Legacy 2.5i Limited operation, as well as introduce us to the people of the service area we will encounter in the future. While the entire process, from test drive to transfer of plates and registering the Legacy only took a few hours, it was painless nonetheless, and Dave Novik made sure we had all issues addressed. One cannot hope for a better, fairer, and easier purchase experience. And, we got to meet Lulu, a sweet showroom dog... More
