He never tried to pressure me into acting before I was ready, and he could answer all my questions, even the crazy ones. Our final appointment, when I actually picked up the car, took several hours during which time Dave went over again everything about the Outback I was buying. I will also say that my 2010 Outback, also bought at Garavel, was serviced only ever at Garavel and I've been satisfied with every aspect of the service department as well. More

I did not feel pushed or rushed to make an on the spot decision and was given a no nonsense quote without having to come in and "meet" with a salesman. Dave my salesman was great. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and explained every inch of it and its features to me. He even beat another quote I recieved after we had agreed on a selling price. More
